Title: Admissions/Discharge Coordinator

Job Duties: Admissions/Discharge Coordinator is responsible for reviewing admission packets and distributing to the Program Director and Director of Nursing Services approval. They will also work with conservators and outside sources for discharge placement.

Schedule: Full-Time

Qualifications:

• Educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED.
• Warm friendly personality with exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to manage a variety of duties accurately with frequent disruptions.
• Accepts responsibility and accountability for actions while demonstrating initiative with excellent judgment.
• Has ability to relate positively with all levels of professionals as well as clientele.
• Loyal, reliable, tactful, honest and discreet, maintaining confidentiality at all times.

About the Campus: Staff at Crestwood Vallejo reflect the diversity of our client population. Among other languages, staff members speak Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese and Tagalog. We also provide training opportunities for local students interested in pursuing careers as psychiatric technicians, licensed vocational nurses, and registered nurses.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate’s skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.

Pay Range:

$25-$28 USD
