Compensation: Hourly + tips

Schedule:Must have open availability including weekends

Responsibilities:

• Provide impeccable service
• Create consistent cocktails in a fast-paced environment
• Assess guest’s needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and foster an excellent guest experience

Qualifications:

• Experience with hand crafted cocktail programs, including production of syrups and garnish
• An appreciation and understanding of fine food, wine, and spirits
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Sense of urgency, quick and savvy
• Must have weekend availability – night shift
• Japanese Whiskey knowledge a plus
