Position Overview

Looking for a job that provides meaningful work and competitive compensation? Consider a position in a State Farm Agent’s office as a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Account Representative with the growth potential, if desired. Insurance experience is not required as we will train the right person with he right skill set.

Performs administrative and office support activities. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing. Extensive software skills, Internet research abilities and strong communication skills are required.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • File paperwork.
  • Appointment Scheduling
  • Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls to customers and potential clients.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Mail billings.
  • Dispense brochures.
  • Update policyholder’s contact information such as phone number and email address
  • Print and fax proof of insurance or send proof of insurance to the customer.
  • Provide excellent customer service

As an Office Manager with State Farm, you will receive…

  • $18 – $23/ hour base pay to start (based on experience) plus bonus/commissions
  • Eligible for raises based on experience, licensing, and production.
  • Average team member bonus/commissions ranges from $250 to $1,000

  • Bilingual preferred (FILIPINO, SPANISH, JAPANESE, CHINESE)
