SUMMARY
To use strong and experiential marketing and new business development skills in order to lead & direct assigned projects. (Factory automation, New technology, Carbon neutral related).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take a lead on new business development on factory automation, new technology, and carbon neutral related business activities.
- Plans and conducts assignments generally involving the larger and more important projects.
- Working directly with customers to achieve automation and Kaizen activities including introducing new technologies.
- May act in liaison capacity with other departments, divisions and organizations.
- Lead in generating or adapting equipment technology to serve user needs along-side vendors or partners.
- Lead in troubleshooting determining causes of operating errors and deciding what to do about it.
- Lead analyzing needs and product requirements to create a design.
- Cost analysis and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.
- Determining how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operations, and the environment will affect outcomes.
- Applies comprehensive knowledge to complete significant assignments.
- Other duties may be assigned.
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of a four-year degree and more than 1-3 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations in English and Japanese. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals in English and Japanese. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public in both Japanese and English.
