Following every treatment, clients have the option to choose from three exclusive blow dry styles to finish their look: sleek and straight, soft waves, or voluminous bounce. Responsibilities

Cosmetologist Duties
• Client Consultations – Understand client needs, address questions, and recommend treatments.
• Personalized Treatments – Customize each session for relaxation, scalp health, and hair rejuvenation.
• Head Spa Services – Provide signature head spa treatments, including massages and conditioning.
• Blow-Dry Styling – Offer sleek, wavy, or voluminous styles for a polished finish.
• Luxurious Environment – Maintain a calm, high-end atmosphere to pamper clients.
• Client Education – Share tips and products for at-home hair and scalp care.
• Record Management – Track client preferences for personalized future visits.
• Cleanliness Standards – Keep tools and workspaces sanitized and organized.

Qualifications

Cosmetologist Qualifications
• Cosmetology License – Must hold a valid cosmetology license in Pennsylvania, with specialized experience in scalp treatments or related fields preferred.
• Experience in Luxury Services – Minimum of 2 years experience in high-end salons or spas, especially with hair treatments and blow-dry styling.
• Skilled in Head Spa Techniques – Knowledge of scalp health, massage techniques, and conditioning treatments is a plus.
