The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $75,000 and $80,000/ /year*

Department overview:

Logistic Co-Ordinator, arranging NDR/DR meetings with North American investors for Japanese/APAC companies.

Role description:

  • Provide overall support to Corporate & Investor Access team. Tasks include but not limited to below:
  • Handling accounting related process for NDR/DR handled by Corporate & Investor Access team. Generating advanced payment invoices, processing expenses, requesting payment to vendors by utilizing Peoplesoft and other platforms.
  • Managing and hosting virtual NDR/DR.
  • Booking interpreters, communicating with vendors and provide support to the logistics and marketing team.

We are looking for a driven individual who thrives on working in a fast-paced environment and building strong relationships at all levels.

Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required

  • Results-orientated: ability to handle multiple, time-sensitive projects while focusing on the quality of work.
  • Native in Japanese, business proficiency in English required.
  • Degree, experience in accounting a plus.
  • Strong MS Office skills particularly in Excel.
  • Strong team player: ability to work effectively as a team member a must.
  • Ability to thrive in a deadline driven and fast paced environment.

*Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, corporate and functional title and duties, job-related knowledge and advanced degrees, skills, and experience.
