Organization Change Management and Communications Manager

Main tasks:
-Change assessments and change strategy creation
-Change management and communication plan creation and approach definition
-Stakeholder analysis and stakeholder management
-Alignment of program and project change management and communication activities
-Change management and communication material creation and approvals
-Driving and coordinating change management and communication activities in HCL and customer environments
-Alignment with other communications / business change management activities ongoing in the organization

-5-10 years of relevant IT work experience of driving changes
-Understanding of OCM.
-Service Desk experience will be added advantage.
-Excellent Communication Skills
-Program / project management and stakeholder management
-Ability to understand concepts and big picture
-Understanding / experience of change and people s response to change
-Experience of driving ways of working and mind set changes through global organizations
-Experience of working in the customer interface
-Excellent written and spoken English
-Kowing any other language (Finnish, Swedish, Japanese, Spanish etc.) will be added advantage.
-Creation of compelling communication / marketing / training materials
-Hands-on worker with a can-do attitude
(1.) To effectively manage cross functional teams to complete requirement analysis, solution identification, planor lead project deliverables (2.) To ensure customer satisfaction for project deliverable quality and security norms (3.) To prepare and submit weekly project status reports to confirm project progress to the customer (4.) To ensure that the project solutionsordeliverables adhere to Global Project Management framework and methodology compliance (5.) To analyse and submit PandL reports of the project to the customer
