Job Title: Experience Development Manager
Department: Guest Experience
Reports To: Guest Experience Manager

Position Overview
As an energetic and positive individual who communicates effectively and provides constructive feedback, you enjoy helping others while fostering your own growth. In the role of Experience Development Manager at Kualoa Ranch, you will leverage these qualities to enhance both guest and team member experiences by developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that elevate quality of service and hospitality throughout the entire organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, organize, and deliver comprehensive training programs in hospitality, content creation, and communication skills.
• Conduct routine evaluations (“check tours”) of Kualoa Ranch tours and activities.
• Develop and implement effective evaluation processes to measure training outcomes.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to tour guides and management.
• Participate in daily briefings and key operational meetings to ensure alignment across teams.
• Facilitate orientation for new employees and oversee ongoing training initiatives.
• Collaborate with the operations team to maintain and update tour narration content and supplemental materials.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Japanese, Mandarin, Korean, or Spanish are highly preferred but not required.

• Highly energetic, self-motivated, and proactive in fostering a positive work environment.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and coach teams, with prior experience in a hospitality or service-oriented training role.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills.
• Strong presentation and facilitation abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with Kualoa Ranch and the local area is highly preferred.

Work Schedule
This is a full-time position requiring open availability, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to participate in, and assess Ebike, Horseback, and Zipline tours, each requiring different physical capabilities. Specific physical requirements for these activities will be outlined during the screening process.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and capability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Proficient use of standard office equipment, including computers and phones.
