Essential job Functions:

  • Assessing the company’s target market and industry and developing strategies to gain new clients.
  • Develop, prepare, and support the company’s business strategy plan.
  • Research, develop and manage new business from the ground up.
  • Support the business contract renewal.
  • Maintaining relationships with current clients
  • Plan, lead, execute and maintain the property remodeling project.
  • Plan and promote kaizen initiatives in the organization.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance.
  • Researching prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursuing leads, and constructing agreements
  • Identifying new prospects within the industry and preparing detailed sales presentations
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Experience in opening/remodeling restaurants.
  • Experience in restaurant buildouts, with technical and practical knowledge of all building systems.
  • Preconstruction process experience, including site surveys and site walks, subcontractor selection, and preparation of client proposals.
  • Project Management experience
  • Experience of business strategy, business development, and marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to manage general contractors, specialty vendors, and other professionals providing services for construction projects, on both a per-project and national agreement level.
  • Basic understanding of Japanese culture.


  • Able to communicate effectively in English with supervisors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the Company.
  • Able to work effectively and relate well with others Including supervisors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the Company.
  • Able to read and comprehend written information.
  • Knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office
  • Japanese language skills are not a requirement but a big plus.
