Job Purpose

The Production Coordinator collaborates with various departments to manage efficient flow of all production paperwork, archiving, and statistical data entry. This position reports to the Materials Manager but also supports the General Manager, Production Manager, and Materials Coordinators.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Inputs data into spreadsheets and databases supporting the Materials, Production, and General Managers of ALPOLIC
  • Responsible for accurately maintaining all electronic and physical archiving of plant documentation requiring retention
  • Supports Materials team with SAP BOM data entry changes for yield or budget standard updates
  • Works with Administrative teammates to establish and grow Power BI into Coordinator role
  • Scans production paperwork and coil cards for proper ISO archiving
  • Point of contact for copier support and office supply cabinet inventory
  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge / Skills / Experience

Education:

  • High school diploma required
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree desired

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing
  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role

Knowledge:

  • General knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and production processes
  • General understanding of measurement metrics and KPI’s within production processes

Skills:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and SAP software platforms or similar windows based ERP
  • Good computer skills and general understanding of software terminology
  • Proven troubleshooting skills

  • The salary range for this position is $64,896 – $81,120. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
