– Develops and manages menus

Qualifications:
– Extensive experience in Asian cuisine (Chinese & Japanese preferred)
– A proven track record of working in high-end or reputable restaurants.
– Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently.
– Creativity and innovation in menu development.
– Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
