Job Description: Restraint Engineer

• Work experience on Automotive Occupant safety components [Airbag, Steering Wheel and Seat belt]
• Mechanical Design Engineer with NX CAD tool expertise
• Plastics components design exp.
• Japanese speaking skill
• Styling feasibility study – with respect to Safety components [for ex. [Steering wheel, Airbag and Seat belts]
• Packaging study of Safety components [Steering wheel, Seat belts, and frontal airbag]
• Design and development of Safety system components (Seats belts, Air bags).
• Knowledge on Testing and validation of Safety system/components
• Knowledge on regulatory requirements with respect to safety systems and components
• Knowledge on evolving and new technologies on Safety system parts
