Retail Execution Manager – Kirin Portfolio California

This position is responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and execution of retail programs within Key and high-volume accounts and manages Points of Distribution in coordination with distributor partners and the broader company sales team. This Regional Execution Manager will focus on the Kirin Portfolio.

Essential Duties:

• Establish, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and distributor partners.
• Oversee the design and implementation of retail programs across high volume accounts ensuring consistent execution aligned with company standards and objectives.
• Develop, utilize, and communicate data-driven tools designed to increase retail sales and identify opportunity to enhance retail execution.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with distributors and the internal sales team regarding retail program details, execution status, and results.
• Collaborate with distributors and the internal sales team to identify and close execution gaps.
• Drive distributor engagement by providing support, training, and guidance to ensure retail programs are executed effectively.
• Collaborate with internal sales team to execute strategies aligned with priority objectives.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education/ Experience/Skills:

• Requires 3+ years of experience in beverage industry sales or account / distributor management.
• Prior experience in Distributor and Key Account management, desired.
• English/Japanese Bilingual strongly preferred
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and interpret data-driven tools.
• Proficient sales software and customer relationship management (CRM) system skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across clients, customers, teams, and stakeholders.
• Experience in networking, collaboration, and effective communication to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, technologies, and processes.
• Ability to identify new opportunities and take ownership of tasks with minimum supervision.
• Squeaky Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and ability to drive an automobile required.

Wage information is provided in compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and is New Belgium’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range and benefits offered for this position. The compensation offered to the successful applicant may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, location, or other position-related reasons.

Starting Salary Range: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00
