We, Cinter Networks, are seeking a Sales Administrator in Cincinnati, OH 45230
- Working location : Cincinnati, OH 45230
- Working Hours: 9AM to 5PM

- Salary : 42- 50K DOE
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Support
- Be a Liaison between the sales team and clients.
- Contact person for staffing (contractor, temporary staff)
- Contact person for the payroll company
Marketing
- To improve both Internal and External communication.
- Create the market reports.
Manage Staffing Employees
- Oversee staffing employees, including managing timesheets and payroll.
- Conduct research on sick leave policies across different states.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Sales Support
- Support recruiting activities
- Sending invoices to clients
- A liaison with the payroll company as well as staff
- As liaison for offshore resources and EoR
- Facilitate Weekly Career Meeting
- Document control such as contracts
- Monitor profit and report to the team

- Digital Marketing

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong communication skills
- Good negotiation skills
- MS product knowledge
