SCM Support Specialist #994204
Job Description:

  • Contact customers to answer inquiries and notify them of investigation results and planned adjustments.
  • Unresolved customer inquiries will be coordinated with the designated department for further investigation.
  • Record customer interactions and transactions, record details of inquiries, comments and actions taken.
  • Obtain and investigate all relevant information to assess legitimacy and identify possible causes.

Business content:

  • Data input/output/update task assistance
  • (Customer PO/Vendor PO/Purchasing/Sales IV)
  • Requires someone with experience in data input/output using the system.
  • Data update and confirmation/communication of Excel log sheet
  • Import cargo tracking and cross-board schedule management.
  • Tracing the schedule from container shipment to warehouse arrival
  • Distribution and management of import documents (to Broker/warehouse)
  • Assist with customer delivery date management.
  • Assist with AR (remaining sales) collection work.

Additional job details:

  • The temporary employee is responsible for suggesting possible solutions and providing follow-up as needed.
  • Temporary employees may be responsible for inbound, outbound, or both.


  • Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time.
  • Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
  • Experience using computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. (Tsuyo talent is especially needed for Excel)


  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Several years of import/export related experience required.
  • Quality-related experience is a plus. (Know quality-related words, etc.)


  • English/Japanese (Spanish is best)
