Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Location: The Woodlands, TX.

Job Duties:

• Oversee business process analysis and record business requirements for strategic project developments.
• Evaluate and analyze large-scale activities and projects, shaping solutions to meet desired results.
• Contribute to the development of the business discipline within the division and organization.
• Recommend the best techniques for delivering business analysis on projects.
• Record process flows from migration requests in Japanese and translate them into English.
• Facilitate communications concerning migrations.
• Coordinate customer meetings to ensure clear action plans.
• Contribute to performance and testing for projects.
• Liaise with the Internet Services Group (ISG) Project team to evaluate project requirements.
• Facilitate successful delivery of project requirements to meet client specifications.
• Administer requisite training and ensure training needs for new projects are available.
• Ensure a smooth transition from Project to Support with the necessary documentation.
• Complete and document process mapping and re-design/improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or Equivalent.
• Ability to speak Japanese.
• 5 years of experience in the job offered or related.
• Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is accepted.
