• What will you do:
We are looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer with practical development experience to support solution design, pre-sales activities, and project execution. This role focuses on designing solutions and engaging with clients, utilizing hands-on implementation knowledge. This opportunity is available exclusively to individuals with current or prior development experience, and candidates without a direct development background are not eligible.
• Engage with clients to understand requirements, propose solutions, and prepare proposals, demos, and estimates
• Lead requirement gathering, design scalable architectures, and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Support project delivery by collaborating with development teams, reviewing designs, and assisting with UAT and go-live
• Apply hands-on development experience for solution validation, prototyping, troubleshooting, and technical decisions

• Required Qualifications & Skills:
• 3+ years of direct, hands-on development experience from scratch
• Familiarity with the full system development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in client-facing positions
• Background in preparing proposals and estimating project efforts
• Development experience in Python or .NET
