ingredients imported from Italy and fresh locally sourced products from Hawaii.

We have two locations in Waikiki and one at The Kahala Hotel.

We are looking for people who have a passion for providing great guest service.

Extensive experience in an upscale dining setting is required.

Strong wine and spirits knowledge is required.

Must be able to work on weekends.
