Operations Manager

Have leadership + Operations Management experience? 🗣 Japanese lang/cultural skills a plus for this role (halfway between Fort Wayne, IN & Toledo, OH)

Responsibilities

• Manage overall operations.
• Be responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control, and safety measures.
• Serve in accordance with the company’s policies and applicable laws.
• Responsibilities may include interviewing, selection, and hiring; training new and existing employees; planning, assigning, and directing work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering or related field.
• Familiar with business and financial principles.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Some Japanese language skills/ business culture knowledge are a plus.
