Casa Madera is a high-energy, fine-dining concept from hospitality group Noble 33, located in both West Hollywood and Toronto.

The Bar Prep will assist the Bartender in ensuring the station is stocked and prepped at all times. They will have a full understanding of our Cocktail & Wine program.

The Bar Prep position will assist bartenders, and bar leads in preparing items needed for bar inventory. They will also be creating juices and syrups and help uphold bar and cocktail standards. Bar preps will ensure that prep and The Madera Group standards are being met. They will also practice and maintain health code standards at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to make syrups and dehydrate fruit for craft cocktails
  • Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each guest and client
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with health and safety guidelines
  • Proactive and anticipate the needs of coworkers around them that may need additional beverages or assistance
  • Ability to have extensive knowledge on how to make all of the beverages we offer on the menu
  • Ensuring that the bar is stock and prepped as needed for business demand
  • Build rapport with guests in order to increase repeat clientele
  • Assist with liquor room cleanliness and organization

Qualifications

  • Exhibit strong multitasking abilities and a diligent work ethic
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance
  • Display the ability to forecast and anticipate the needs of our guests and the restaurant
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a Full Service Dining Experience
  • Strong knowledge in cocktails, spirits and wine
  • Available to work nights, weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to stand for the duration of shifts
  • Be able to lift and carry up to 35lbs
