Program Manager

CTL Aerospace is a full service NADCAP certified composite-manufacturing company providing services to the major aerospace and governmental organizations since 1946. CTL specializes in the manufacturing of Fiber Reinforced Polymer Structures.

We are seeking a talented Program Manager to work in a fast-paced, team oriented environment at our northern Cincinnati, Ohio location (less than 30 minutes from Dayton and/or northern Kentucky).

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Coordinates with project team to outline work plan and to align duties and responsibilities.
• Directs and coordinates activities of project team to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget
• Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required.
• Prepares project reports for management, customer or others.
• Actively identifies and manages risks for the program
• Primary point of contact for Customer during development phase.
• Participates in all project meetings or conference calls both on and off site
• Coordinates project activities with activities of government regulatory or other governmental agencies.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following minimal requirements:

• Associates degree or higher in engineering or related technical field or four years’ operations experience related to precision manufacturing with a HS Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to interact with people, good social skills, and able to work with diverse work groups
• Strong computer knowledge to create reports, charts and presentations
• Strong mathematical, analytical, writing and communication skills
• Must be self-motivated and have the ability to make decisions independently and perform effectively with minimal supervision.
• Must be a US Citizen or green card holder
• Ability to speak German, Japanese, Chinese, or French a plus.
