We are currently in hiring an Assistant Manager position for our Merchandise Development Delica Section.

• Managing Central Kitchen order sheet
• Creating sales and loss report
• Creating monthly shipping report
• Creating sales plan
• Updating cost and recipe
• Controlling warehouse inventory
• Work with team members

Requirements

• Knowledge of Japanese food (Preferred but not desired)
• Good communication skills, teamwork and cooperation
• English
• Basic Microsoft Excel & Word skills
• Can Multitask Job Tasks
• Prior experience in the food/retail industry is a plus
