Strengthen relationships between the US & Japan in this senior-level sales and project management role in Michigan. Japanese language/culture skills a plus!
Responsibilities
- General organizational management duties as a manager in the import/export and domestic trading operations of auto parts.
- Project management from development to production preparation.
- Profit and loss management.
- New sales activities, such as presentations, creating estimates and organizing estimate requirements for new orders, building an optimal supply chain scheme, coordinating with various internal/external parties, and negotiating orders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, engineering or equivalent related field.
- At least 10 years in the automotive industry in a leadership position.
- Good mathematical and excellent communication and writing skills.
- Japanese language and/or business culture skills a plus.
