Job Summary/Basic Function
Work one-on-one with students that need additional help with their Japanese and or Spanish Classes.
Required Qualifications
- Students tutoring must have received a B+ or higher in the course(s) tutoring.
- Must be referred by the faculty in the department.
- Must complete 3 required clearances (PA Criminal Background, Child Abuse History, and FBI Fingerprints).
Preferred Qualifications
Job Duties
- Contacting individual tutees and arranging sessions.
- Preparing for tutoring sessions.
- Promptly reporting hours worked in E-Time.
Working Conditions and Physical Effort
Be able to sit and work with students during entire tutoring session.
