We’re seeking a Senior Accountant to join our team and play a key role in our exciting expansion. The Senior Accountant is responsible for the preparation and maintaining financial records to track company expenses, profit and loss, tax liabilities, and other related financial activities. This position also requires managing and facilitating the Ringi procedure while assisting the Data Management section. Senior Accountant is under the supervision of Accounting Manager, and perform various other accounting, bookkeeping, reporting, and financial duties.
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing and coordinating Ringi procedure. Acting as main point of contact for Ringi related matters.
- Assisting Data Management section on gathering and and creating reports.
- Preparing and organizing financial transactions, including AP Expense supervising and preparation of monthly journal entries.
- Assisting monthly, quarterly, and yearly book closing.
- Recommending Accounting Best Practices, support the Accounting Manager in equipping decision-makers with the financial data needed to solve business problems.
- Other signed tasks.

Requirements
- Must have an Associates Degree in Accounting or an accountant related certificate which demonstrates competencies and skills in accounting theory, GAAP, and the professional accounting code of conduct.
- Prior experience in accounting and data analysis.
- Fluent in both English and Japanese.
- Exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and experience analyzing large, complex datasets.
- Integrity and the ability to manage confidential information with a high level of discretion
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- High proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially World, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must be punctual.
