POSITION SUMMARY:

As the Wholesale Logistics Coordinator you will work with wholesale customers, internal partners, logistics carriers, and distribution centers to ensure on-time delivery of Kith and SMU products.

The position will be responsible for the Order-to-cash process within the local ERP system including order management, logistics containers, receiving, picking, invoicing, inventory reconciliation, warehouse transfers, return authorizations, and disputes/claims. The position will work with internal teams, distribution centers, wholesale customers, and logistics carriers. The position will be responsible for the implementation of new processes, continuous improvement and Key Performance Indicators to deliver best-in-class service to Kith’s wholesale customers.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

• Coordinate delivery schedules of inbound and outbound deliveries to wholesale customers,
• Tracking imports and communicate status of program releases
• Maintain ERP system movements for receiving, picking, and warehouse transfers
• Enter pick instructions into ERP and 3PL warehouse management systems
• Invoicing wholesaler customers within ERP systems
• Reconcile order confirmations, customer purchase orders, Kith purchase orders, inbound and outbound shipments, and stock inventory balances
• Maintain relationship with wholesale partners and internal teams
• Obtain final cargo details and coordinate with shippers for EXW pick up from Kith distribution centers.
• Utilize carriers web portals to track shipments and log status of SKUs from international factories
• Partner with Finance to reconcile invoices, address invoice disputes and claims.
• Partner with internal teams to provide status of releases and discrepancies
• Reconcile open sales orders with release calendars along with open purchase orders and inbound containers
• Develop new processes and measure the continued quality of processes
• Ensure on-time and complete delivery of Kith and SMU releases to wholesale customers

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:

• 2-3 years (preferred) in the wholesale fashion industry
• Experience in administration of international logistics and familiarity with incoterms and other aspects of international trade
• Previously worked in freight and logistics, preferably within a fashion company
• Previous responsibility in organizing shipments and all areas of Supply Chain Management
• Logistics & Trade Compliance knowledge
• Import and Export Regulations
• ERP and WMS knowledge preferred

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Supply Chain management coursework preferred
