Job Description

GENERAL DESCRIPTION / PRIMARY PURPOSE

Under the direction of the supervisor, oversees operations in connection with the stocking, tagging, and selling of merchandise in the tour store.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS/DUTIES OF THE POSITION
• Assist and support customers, addressing their needs and inquiries.
• Provide accurate check out services for customers using computerized cash register system, handling, and counting money.
• Performs a cash audit of the contents in assigned cash drawer.
• Resolves service and product related customer service issues.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
• Accurately processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards.
• Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows established merchandising procedures and standards.
• Maintains all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participates in maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store.
• Adheres to all policies and procedures.
• Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Maintains a neat, well-groomed personal appearance, observing company dress code.
• Performs work with due regard for the safety of self and fellow employees by following Dole safety techniques. Exercises proper care and protection of company property.

Performs other work as assigned.

Required Skills

JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITY, EXPERIENCE)

Required. Proficient in Japanese Lanaguage.

Preferred Must possess effective communication skills.
