What You’ll Do:

• Deliver Quality and Flavor: Prepare dishes to the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation in your assigned area.
• Maintain a Clean Workspace: Ensure cleanliness, safety, and sanitation in all kitchen areas and adhere to cleaning schedules for equipment.
• Control Portions and Costs: Minimize waste and manage portion sizes to maintain cost efficiency.
• Foster Safety and Professionalism: Create a safe, positive work environment and uphold a professional attitude with team members and management.
• Stay Organized: Keep kitchen boards and forms up to date and follow all company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate and Learn: Interact with food and beverage management, attend daily briefings, and consistently strive to exceed expectations in food production.
• Support the Team: Assist in any other tasks assigned by supervisors to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong culinary knowledge and a passion for food preparation.
• Experience working in a kitchen environment (1 year of experience preferred).
• Teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills to thrive in a collaborative setting.
• Attention to detail, organization, and a dynamic, positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of electronic kitchen equipment and service standards.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work under varying indoor and outdoor conditions.
• Comfortable with repetitive movements, lifting up to 15 kilos, bending, stooping, squatting, and stretching.
