MILA has exceeded expectations in its initial two years, achieving remarkable success despite pandemic-related challenges, and securing the #5 spot in The Restaurant Business Top 100 ranking. Building on this success, RDG has expanded into new concepts including AVA MediterrAegean in Winter Park, Florida, CASA NEOS on the Miami River (opened June 2024), and MM, a Membership Community. Upcoming projects include NOORA and Claudie (scheduled for fall 2024), AVA’s second location in Coconut Grove (2025), and HONŌ Japanese Steakhouse (2026).

Whether you’re heading to an exclusive event, a business dinner, or a celebratory gathering, the driver combines impeccable driving skills, punctuality, and a warm, courteous demeanor to make your travel as memorable as your meal. We want our members and guests to sit back, relax, and let the driver handle the road while they enjoy the luxury and comfort of our premium service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Approach all encounters with guests and members in a friendly service-oriented manner.
• Maintain regular attendance in compliance with RDG standards which will vary according to the needs of member or guest scheduling.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming which include wearing the proper uniform.
• Greet guests’ and members in a pleasant manner.
• Maintain appropriate music channel and level as dictated by marketing team.
• Load and unload luggage as necessary.
• Escort guests to the restaurant entrance.
• Open and close doors for arriving and departing guests and members.
• Maintain current listing of local and area attractions special events and activities.
• Provide information maps and directions as required.
• Maintain cleanliness of car (front, back, trunk and exterior)
• Deliver packages or items between restaurants as needed.
• Always maintain a clean smelling car by not allowing food, drink, smoking, or alcoholic beverages.
• Other duties as required.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required and/or experience in the luxury/upscale hospitality industry.
• Must have a valid driver’s license for the applicable state.
• Minimum of one year driving experience
• Must have an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving Record)
• Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly.
• Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.

• Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.
