    POSITION SUMMARY:

    Theprimary function of the Manager, Aviation Business Development, is to increaseand support land asset utilization for the Aviation Authority. This position involves developing andimplementing strategic real estate marketing plans, identifying new businessopportunities, and developing key relationships with stakeholders and potentialstakeholders.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Aviation Management, or related field and five (5) years’ experience in marketing, airport development and economic development, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
      Airport/economic development/marketing and/or commercial real estate related experience preferred.

    • In-depth knowledge of the aviation/tourism and/or corporate travel industry
    • Professional communication skills to perform effectively as a team member and with clients/vendors

    • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Salesforce
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Ability to prioritize, work independently, manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
    • Ability to be fluent in another language. Preferably Portuguese, Spanish, Japanese or Chinese
    • Ability to travel domestically and/or international at least 10% of the time
    • Valid Florida driver’s license
