Requirements
About the role
This role is structured as a 6-month contract, paid hourly. This role has the opportunity to extend into a full time position at the completion of the 6-month contract, pending strong performance from the individual during their time at Rokt!
Rokt’s Marketplace Support team is responsible for upholding the health of its marketplace, and supports our internal teams with various business initiatives. We are seeking Associates that can raise the bar and manage Rokt’s ongoing operational support tasks for both internal and external users. You are a key piece of the puzzle that helps convert our customer objectives into results at Rokt.
The Associate role will focus primarily on content moderation, ensuring that the various experiences shown to end customers across the marketplace meet Rokt’s and our client’s standards. You will do this by developing robust quality assurance skills. This work is coordinated in Jira, a tool that you will either have experience with or learn on the job. Associates will become experts in Rokt’s suite of products, and learn how to use the tools that enable our clients. Over time, our Associates learn a suite of technical skills, including familiarity with Rokt’s products, HTML, CSS, Javascript, JSON and many others, helping you advance at Rokt and your career more broadly.
Responsibilities
- First line of product support for both internal and external users
- Brand campaign approvals to maintain compliance in the marketplace
- Quality assurance of ecommerce experiences
- Creation of demo sites showcasing the Rokt technology on partner pages
- Managing internal operations across Rokt’s business, including but not limited to new hire onboarding, management of Google Suite, and designing/improving workflows to support various new tasks as they arise
Requirements
- BA/BS degree
- French, German and Japanese speakers are a plus, but are not required!
- Project management – highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
- Reacts well when placed under stressful conditions or pressure
- Positive attitude and able to enjoy the work they do
- Effective communicator – able to simplify and effectively explain complex solutions
- Creative problem solver – approaches all projects and tasks with a creative mindset in order to determine the appropriate solution
- Bonus points for technical experience with HTML/CSS, Javascript, JSON, XML, with some familiarity with API integrations
