    Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
    $150,000 – $242,000

    The Lilly Immunology Dermatology Specialty Business Directors will be accountable for leading a team responsible for account-based selling to health care providers (HCPs) who prescribe and influence the treatment for the disease states represented in the Lilly immunology portfolios. This includes HCPs in dedicated rheumatology and dermatology practices, as well as representatives in key hospital accounts. The Specialty Business Directors and Specialty Territory Managers will partner with key customers in the rheumatology and dermatology space to increase Lilly’s ability to drive adoption of our new and existing therapies. They will also create business relationships with state and local advocacy groups, teaching institutions, key influencers, and managed care organizations. They will be viewed as credible resources.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s degree.
    • Professional certification or license required to perform this position if required by a specific state.
    • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
    • Legally authorized to be employed in the United States.

    Additional skills/preferences:

    • Demonstrated business ownership skills, people leadership/employee experience skills, and execution/results.
    • Proven examples of the following traits: Strong learning agility, self-motivated, team focused, emotionally intelligent and inspirational.
    • Bilingual skills as aligned with territory and customer needs.
    • Must live within 50 miles of the district boundary.
