    Summary:
    The Store Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining guest services, oversees and is accountable for the operations of the store ensuring maximum sales and profitability through merchandise, inventory, expense control human resources management, and managing operations costs.

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and manage all store operations
    • Supervise, train, coach and develop store personnel (Supervisors and Associates)
    • Build and maintain business relationships to facilitate organizational profitability
    • Assist Human Resources in recruitment process
    • Identify and analyze current and future consumer/business/traveling trends, and advise accordingly
    • Ensure availability of merchandise and services using inventory systems
    • Maintain and implement loss prevention policies
    • Adhere to applicable local, state, and federal regulations
    • Maintain operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
    • Contribute to a team environment
    • Other duties as assigned by management.

    Education, & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related.
    • Three to Four years progressive retail management experience
    • Experience in managing multiple locations is a plus
    • Must have experience in managing 30+ employees
    • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
    • Excellent Interpersonal Skills (examples are: active listening, verbal communication, assertiveness)
    • Bi-lingual skills preferred, not required (Arabic, Chinese, French, Italian, Korean, Japanese, Russian, Portuguese, Turkish)
