KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Database Management: Maintain a detailed database tracking vehicle ETA.
• Communication and Coordination: Establish and maintain effective communication channels with Toyota Corporate Vehicle Services.
• Vehicle Inspection and Preparation: Conduct comprehensive inspections of incoming vehicles to ensure they are free from damage or defects.
• Customer Support for International Driver’s License Holders: Assist customers with international driver’s licenses who may be driving Toyota rental cars.
• Japanese-Speaking Customer Assistance: Communicate fluently in Japanese to assist our many Japanese speaking customers.
• Toyota Product Knowledge: Maintain Toyota sales certification to provide customers with accurate information and answer their questions effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Fluency in Japanese is essential
• High school diploma or equivalent: additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Cheerful outlook & outgoing personality
• Strong customer service mindset with focus on customer satisfactions
• Proficiency in database management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional written & oral communication skills and ability to multitask
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
