The Brand Management Associate is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of global branding strategies, ensuring compliance with branding guidelines, and maintaining a consistent brand presence across all platforms. This role works closely with international Master Franchisees, Licensees, and internal teams to protect and enhance the 7-Eleven brand identity while contributing to various projects and initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
Brand Compliance and Support:
- Provide guidance and assistance to Master Franchisees and Licensees to ensure adherence to branding guidelines and proper use of visual identities.
- Support the development and rollout of global branding strategies that align with organizational objectives.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Partner with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across platforms, media, and channels.
- Assist in the creation and editing of presentations, business documents, and official announcements, adhering to brand and communication policies.
Social Media Management:
- Manage, monitor, and post content on 7-Eleven International’s social media accounts, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct research on competitors and industry trends to support brand strategy.
- Analyze global brand survey data to gain insights into customer preferences and perceptions.
Global Brand Coordination:
- Collaborate with group companies on brand management initiatives and projects.
- Develop and maintain a global brand repository, glossary, and data archives to improve efficiency and accessibility.
Event and Activation Logistics:
- Coordinate logistics for client events, brand activations, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
KPIs
- Projects completed to time and budget standards identified in plans or leader communications
- Brand Standards documents updated and published for stakeholders
- Completion, publication, and maintenance of Global Brand Repository
- Annual completion of Global Brand research projects
- 7IN’s Social Media account management and growth
Job Requirement and Qualification:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Work Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, branding, or a related role.
- Experience in communicating with business clients with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, and SharePoint
- Experience working with social media platforms, digital marketing, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- International experience a plus.
Language Skills: English proficiency, Japanese bi-lingual preferred
Travel Requirements: 0-15%
