Apple & Snack creates Apple Snack, an apple chip by vacuum frying fresh Japanese apples. To enjoy the taste of real apples through Apple Snack, we are not doing extra processing to raw apples. We use pure palm oil and do not use any partially hydrogenated oil, so we are able to show ZERO trans-fat on the package in almost every country. Malt triose syrup is used to maintain Apple Snack’s crispness and is diluted by water up to its marginal limit.
