Description
The primary purpose of this position is to maintain a record of historical sales data and create reports using key performance metrics. It also acts as executive support for business development projects, including creative design, marketing promotion, special events, construction, and renovation.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Work with Senior Management to plan and organize the bi-annual marketing strategy for stores and restaurants in conjunction with corporate and Disney direction.
- Analyze operational data and information other staff collect and integrate them into the marketing strategy fundamentals.
- Plan and organize the presentation of the bi-annual operational strategy for store and restaurant operations.
- Work with Senior Management to plan and organize all the advertisements, including SNS and Sales promotional events. Handle all social media except CR Alumni Facebook. Pass any guest comments on to managers and HR for employee recognition.
- Build relationships with the Disney Marketing team and promote Stores, Food, and beverages on Disney’s advertisement tools.
Operations Analysis
- Gather and maintain historical sales data.
- Track and report key performance metrics, including creating reports and presentations, managing information databases, and assisting with designing and developing new reports based on business needs.
- Maintain and update the SKU inventory to ensure sales data interfaces with Food Trak software.
Executive Support
- Assist the General Manager in facilitating meetings and preparing project documentation in Japanese/English.
- Assist the General Manager in supervising projects, ensuring those are completed on time and within budget.
- Provide administrative support to Senior Management, including sending daily reports to HQ.
- Work with the General Manager to create an operating budget.
- Assist with various initiatives by conducting research, analysis, and reporting.
Operations Support
- Facilitate meetings or events with Store, Food & Beverages, Disney team
- Review invoices and send them to appropriate personnel for approval.
- Design and maintain printed menus and signage at the Mitsukoshi food and beverage locations.
- Write and proofread new menu items.
Public Relation (Sales-Promotion)
- Promote the Company’s products/services aligning with Parks’ objectives.
- Liaise with vendors to source and procure marketing-related products, request vendor estimates, calculate costs, make projections, and track related costs.
- Build strong relationships with the Disney Marketing team and influencers.
- Create content for our social media to share with the Disney Marketing team.
- Prepare pictures and sentences to share with the Disney Marketing team for advertisements on their platform.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree with minimum of two (2) years of administrative experience or
- Four (4) years of administrative experience
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and
- Able to multi-task with competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced
- Familiarity with Point-of-Sales systems (Matra, Square, NCR), and food & beverage management software.
- Social-media experiences (Posting, Analysis, Contents creation, and Alignment with Influencers, advertisements)
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
