Job Description
Prestigious international bank seeks a Bilingual Japanese executive assistant in New York.
The position supports the head of the department (member of executive committee) and senior leaders (managing directors)
Primary responsibilities are:
Travel and meeting arrangement
- Administrative support for the senior members (70%)
- Expense report management
- Gift / entertainment management
- Account payable (20%)
- Staff on-bording / off-boarding
- Prepare and maintain organization information
Requirements
- 3-5 years of Executive Assistant experience at global large corporation
- Bilingual Japanese and English both oral and written in professional level.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Hybrid work schedule: 4 days in the office per week
- SAP Concur and Abira system experiences are PLUS.
