Job Description
The organization is seeking a highly motivated and experienced “Fundraising and Administrative Manager” to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and executing fundraising strategies, managing donor relations, and overseeing office administration. Job Description:

– Develop and execute fundraising strategies

– Plan and manage fundraising events

– Oversee donation management

– Manage donor relations and organize donor receptions

– Maintain donor database

– Perform executive assistant duties for the school president, including schedule management

– Prepare for board meetings, manage minutes and attendance, and serve as the organization’s secretary

– Manage the overall administration office

Qualifications & Requirements:

– Experience in fundraising or donation management

– Native-level proficiency in both Japanese and English(fluency in Japanese is a plus)

– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

– Relevant work experience, including managerial experience

– Proficient in office software with the ability to learn new technologies

– Experience with fundraising software like Raiser’s Edge is a plus

– Strong communication and relationship-building skills with faculty, students, parents, and donors

– Ability to work collaboratively in a team

– Willingness to travel internationally for work

Location: On campus, in the greater New York area (no remote work during the academic term)

Start Date: October 1, 2024 (negotiable)
