Summary of the Position:

Design and plan preliminary layout for new store, new project in existing store using CAD software.

Process paperwork in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work Closely with Store Strategy and Planning team, Merchandise Department, Architect, Designers in Japan.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Manager.
• Process paperwork such as construction invoice, required document from the city in a timely manner.
• Propose creative / effective store layouts to Management and ensure smooth coordination with operations team
• Liaise with legal departments for any contractual matters or legal related issues

Requirements

Requirements:

• AUTO-CAD (Required)
• Degree or Diploma in Architectural, Design, Engineer.
• Excellent communication
• Able to work independently and exercise flexibility in a challenging and fast paced environment
• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Required)

Certificates & Licenses:

• California State Driver’s License

Language Ability:

• Speak, Read and Write English fluently is must
• Japanese bilingual skill will be plus

Trip :

• 30% : Meeting with Architect, Contractor, landlord on site.(it may be in out of states)
