Our Cooperative Learning Program provides a real hands-on experience to each and every talented student. As a Coop, you will be assigned to an area where you can apply your knowledge and skills to a variety of projects focused on improving and innovating certain processes in any of the following areas:

Education:
The student must be enrolled at an accredited institution pursuing a bachelors, masters or doctorate degree in any of the following majors:

  • Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Computer)
  • Pharmacy
  • Chemistry
  • Biochemistry
  • Biology
  • Microbiology
  • Industrial Biotechnology
  • Industrial Hygiene
  • Accounting, Finance, Materials Management or related fields
  • Human Resources, Labor Legislation, Psychology or other human behavior fields

Please note that for bachelor’s degrees, candidates must be in their 3rd year as a minimum. Although a GPA of 3.50 or higher is preferred, a GPA of 3.00 is considered the minimum requirement.

Availability:
Must be available to work 40 hours per week (full-time) for a minimum of 20 weeks. Based on individual performance and the needs of the organization, the COOP period for each student can last up to 5 months.
