Exciting opportunity! GLOBAL WiFi® is hiring a bilingual Japanese Manager in NYC to oversee operations and drive performance.
Global WiFi and World eSIM services, which have over 20 million users worldwide and are originating from Japan, are launching in New York. We are seeking a bilingual Japanese manager to oversee daily operations of the organization, set departmental goals, and manage budgets.
Job Description
・Manage and operate the sales support team
・Ensure alignment with the company’s vision, core values, and goals, collaborating with executive management and other managers
・Complete all management tasks
・Collaborate with the customer support and logistics teams to enhance performance through training and personnel development for partner stores and outsourcing locations
・Monitor team performance and ensure that the quality of work is within acceptable levels
Key Qualifications
・Japanese Language Skills: Conversational proficiency required
・No educational requirements
・Must be able to work at our New York office and be willing to travel domestically within the U.S. and internationally
