Responsibilities

• Work alongside the Accounting and Finance Team
• Participate in month end close process, prepare journal entries, reconcilliations and month end financial statements
• Assist with various projects as needed
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance or Hospitality Finance (in progress) or a similar degree
• Minimum Junior status
• Knowledge of Accounting and/or Finance principals
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables and reports) and PowerPoint skills
• Must be organized with the ability to work accurately in a time efficient manner
• Abililty to participate in a 10 week program (June – August)
