Ad Astra is seeking Japanese speakers/interpreters to join our team on a freelance basis. We are accepting all languages! This in-person position requires people to provide their immunization records and interpretation services for a Medical client. Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret oral conversations between English and Japanese.

• Travel locally to assigned locations on an as-needed basis.

• Ensure accurate, culturally appropriate interpretation for clients.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Vietnamese.

• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.

• Ability to provide required immunization records : COVID-19, MMR, Varicella, HepB, TB skin test, TDAP, and Flu.

• Willingness to commute within the VA area for assignments.

• Pass a background check and drug screening.

• Associate degree or equivalent (preferred but not required).
