Japanese Language Lecturer, Part Time (Spring Semester 2025)

The Department of East Asian Studies invites applications for a spring semester part-time Japanese language lecturer position, without the possibility of renewal. The position is expected to begin January 16, 2025. Responsibilities include classroom teaching, grading assignments, and attending student activities. We seek candidates with a minimum requirement of a master’s degree in Linguistics, Japanese pedagogy, TESOL or equivalent; native or near-native fluency in Japanese; experience teaching Japanese to English-speaking students at the college level; and excellent command of English.
