Responsibilities Include:

  • Mastering and applying the Priority Lexus Sales Process.
  • Engaging in ongoing education, including learning about competing luxury brands.
  • Managing dealership assets such as keys, dealer tags, and gas cards.
  • Welcoming guests with a smile and supporting them throughout the sales process.
  • Maintaining strong customer relations using our customer management system.
  • Following up with customers to ensure retention and satisfaction, exemplifying omotenashi.
  • Gaining extensive product knowledge of Lexus vehicles and their competitors.
  • Achieving and maintaining a top-tier Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) score in the region.

Expectations for Sales Consultants:

  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  • Greet customers, respond to inquiries, and promote current sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Develop strong relationships with new and returning customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate vehicles by explaining their features, providing test drives, and overcoming objections to close sales.
  • Attend and complete Priority Lexus training and Lexus certification programs.
  • Communicate all necessary information to sales management, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Introduce management to each customer.
  • Clearly explain the “Priorities for Life” program and deliver vehicles with a thorough explanation of features.
  • Take ownership of tasks and go the extra mile to add value to each customer interaction.
