Quality Manager

Detail oriented and enjoy quality control? Japanese language/cultural skills a ➕ for this Quality Manager role (halfway between Fort Wayne, IN & Toledo, OH)

Responsibilities

• Understand the customer’s needs and requirements.
• Coordinate employee efforts and communications between management and the production teams.
• Strive to ensure that products meet quality and efficiency standards via a detail-oriented work ethic.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a science or business-based program.
• Minimum 5 years’ quality manager experience in a production processing environment with an automotive manufacturer.
• Knowledge of IAT/VDA6.3 or a similar quality standard.
• Some Japanese language skills/ knowledge are a plus.
