Job Description
MBK Real Estate is expanding their Talent Acquisition team to better regionally support their business needs!
This is a hybrid position. You will be working from home and traveling to our Utah locations 30% of the time.

Job Summary:
At MBK, our Recruiting Coordinators play a vital role in building our team and supporting our mission to create exceptional experiences for our candidates, hiring managers and cross functional teams. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll be involved in the hiring process from start to finish, helping to find and attract talented individuals who align with our values. You’ll work closely with the Business Office Manager, Community Leaders and our Talent Acquisition Team to ensure a seamless and positive experience.

Essential Job Duties:
Coordinate the Hiring Process: Manage all aspects of candidate coordination, including scheduling interviews across departments, generating hiring reports, providing system support for candidates and managers, arranging candidate travel, handling last-minute changes, and creating offer letters. Your goal is to provide a smooth and positive experience for every candidate and internal customer. Build strong relationships with recruiters and hiring managers, collaborating to meet each community’s staffing needs in a timely and effective manner.
- Support Onboarding: Assist with the I-9 verification process and other onboarding tasks to ensure new hires are set up for success from day one.
- Source & Prescreen Candidates: Work with Regional Recruiter to build pipelines and review resumes. Identify candidates who not only meet job qualifications but also fit our company culture.
- Manage Job Postings: Post open positions across job platforms like Workday, Indeed, and LinkedIn. Help pipeline candidates proactively to fill high-volume roles.
- Coordinate Interviews: Work closely with hiring teams to schedule interviews, gather debrief feedback, and keep candidates informed throughout the process.
- Build Talent Networks: Develop and maintain relationships with organizations and to help build a network of potential candidates for future openings, ensuring we’re always ready to meet our staffing needs.
- Provide Candidate Support: Offer timely and responsive communication to candidates, guiding them through each stage of the recruitment process.
- Facilitate Reference Checks: Conduct reference checks and background screenings as part of the hiring process.
- Attend Job Fairs and Events: Represent MBK at job fairs, career events, and networking opportunities, including partnerships with local high schools and colleges.
- Maintain Recruiting Status Updates: Works with the Manager of Talent Operations to generate status reports, metrics, and hiring manager surveys.
- Other Duties: Perform additional tasks and special projects as assigned.
Additional Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist with Recruitment Marketing: Contribute to creating job ads, social media posts, and other recruitment materials that reflect our company culture and values.
- Participate in Special Projects: Support talent acquisition initiatives, such as improving recruitment processes or implementing new tools and technology.
- Provide Onboarding Assistance: Help facilitate a welcoming onboarding experience by organizing orientation materials and preparing for new hire welcome events.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years’ experience in HR or Recruiting
- Local travel may be needed for job fairs and community events and to home office as needed
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS Systems
Physical Demands:
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk intermittently throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs. and push up to 20 lbs. as needed.
- Comfortable working at a computer for extended periods.
- Must be able to perform physical activities such as bending, kneeling, and moving between divisions.
- Ability to communicate, both written and verbally at an appropriate level to exchange information.
We are offering a competitive benefits package and hourly rate between $19.00 – 24.00/Hour
