    Risk Management Administrator

    $73 – $89k

    Job Summary:

    The Risk Management Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the department. This role involves managing Credit Control operations, coordinating Credit Control Dept.GM schedules, assisting with documentation, maintaining audit records, and supporting the team with day-to-day tasks to help ensure compliance and effective risk management across the organization.

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Administrative support to the Assistant CFO, Credit Control Dept.GM (35%)
      • Responsible for secretary work.
      • Manage calendars, schedules, and meetings for the Credit Control Dept.GM and the team.
      • Coordinate the logistics for engagements, including scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and coordinating with various departments.
      • Serve as the point of contact for the Credit Control Dept.
      • Responding to and resolving administrative inquiries and questions.
      • Assist the team with special projects or requests as needed.
    • Credit Control Administration (65%)
      • Process customer and vendor code requests
      • Process SCR applications.
      • Credit violations check. (Create monthly report of Possible Problem Accounts for each SCOA business group and distribute the report to the heads of each group)

      • Perform other administrative duties as requested by the manager or senior team members.

    Job Specific Knowledge/Skills & Abilities

    Required:

    • Bilingual in Japanese and English both reading, writing, and speaking/translation skills
    • PC literacy including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Ability to learn and understand basic level Credit Control.
    • Basic understanding of Code System, Sales Contract, Sales and Purchase Orders, D&B credit report, SCR System, Financial Statements and Credit Ratings
    • Advanced online search skills, and good communication skills to process.

    Preferred:

    • Further knowledge and experience of credit

    Education, Certification and Experience:

    Required:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business or related area or equivalent experience
    • 10+ years related work experience

    Physical Requirements:

    • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    • Hybrid work style: Minimum 2 days in the office and 3 days remote work
