ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Understand the material transactions and investigate monthly variances within CADIOS.
• Work with Japan to better use CADIOS to manage our production costs. Fluent in Japanese is a must!
• Plan and direct the Fixed Asset inventory.
• Help departments analyze ROI on new projects and verify upon completion.
• Actively participates in the budget planning process by developing an annual budget for labor and other costs as assigned.

LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES

Leads by example in the effective execution of all duties and responsibilities related to the position.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree (B. S.) from a four-year college or university in Finance or Accounting; or related degree and ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Cost Accounting and Cost Management experience is required. CPA certification is highly preferred. Experience with SAP S4 HANA would be a significant advantage.
